Anne Horrigan, 639 E. Center St., Nesquehoning, was cited for failure to pay a sanitation bill of $261.60.Richard Defeo, 5 West Broadway, Jim Thorpe, was cited for failure to pay a sanitation bill for 17B W. Catawissa St., totaling $188.40.Geoffrey Gehrig, 7665 Steinsberg Rd., Coopersburg, Lehigh County, was cited for failure to pay a sanitation bill for 418 W. Catawissa St. totaling $188.40.Chad Andrews, 1735 Owl Creek Rd., Lehighton, was cited for failure to pay a sanitation bill for 110 W. Columbus Ave., totaling $188.40.On Aug. 9 about 6:45 p.m. police were dispatched to a domestic dispute at 27 W. Catawissa St., Apt. 5. The incident involved Robert Hunsicker and Lisa Haman, both of that address. Both were cited for harassment, police said.Police issued the following traffic citations: speeding, 61 miles-per-hour in a 45 zone along SR54; expired inspection at Catawissa Street and Mermon Avenue, both on Aug. 9; and no passing zone, state routes 209 and 93, on Aug. 12.
