An incident in the parking lot at the Hometown Commons Walmart on Aug. 24 will result in charges being filed against a Tamaqua man.

Codie Welfel, 20, will be charged by Rush Township police with underage drinking and possession of marijuana. The incident took place at 12:15 a.m.
