Nesquehoning police reported on the following citations issued by officers.

On Sept. 18 Orlando Rodriguez, of 605 Winters Ave., Hazleton, was cited for driving under suspension along SR93. The owner of the vehicle Rodriguez was driving, Edgardo Molina, was cited for permitting violation of title in that he knew Rodriguez did not have a valid license and left him drive the vehicle.Rebecca Hackney, of 977 Walnut St., Freeland, was cited on Sept. 23 for financial responsibility required. She was stopped by police and her registration plate was suspended for not having insurance on her vehicle.Hackney was also cited for operating a motor vehicle following suspension of her registration. Hackney was further cited for prohibiting text based communications in that she was texting while driving a motor vehicle. The traffic stop occurred at Mermon and Cataswissa sts.Glynnis Banks, of 334 E. Bertsch St., Lansford, was stopped on Sept. 23 along SR93 and cited for driving under suspension and for operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration plate.
