A Carbon County woman admitted her part in a drug dealing operation on Friday in the county court.

She was one of four defendants in pending drug-related cases to enter a guilty plea before President Judge Roger N. Nanovic II.Nesquehoning arrestBrandice A. Boner, 36, of Nesquehoning, pleaded to one count of criminal use of a communication facility filed by borough police.She was arrested on Feb. 16 in the400 block of West Catawissa Street. Police were conducting an investigation of drug dealing in the area and obtained a search warrant. Two bundles of heroin and 18 baggies were found in the home. Police said drug sales were being made out of the residence.Charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal conspiracy were dropped in a plea bargain.Nanovic deferred sentencing and ordered the adult probation office prepare a presentence investigation report.Other pleasWayne Ortego Crippen, 47, of Philadelphia, pleaded to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.He was arrested on Feb. 22 along Route 940 in Kidder Township by state police at Fern Ridge.Nanovic sentenced him to serve one to 12 months in the county prison and ordered to get a drug and alcohol evaluation.Crippen is currently an inmate in the Lycoming County prison facing other drug charges.Manuel Mejia, 19, of West Hazleton, pleaded to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.He was arrested on April 11 following a traffic stop along Interstate 80 in Kidder Township by state police at Fern Ridge. He was a passenger in the vehicle.Nanovic placed him on probation for a year and ordered he get a drug and alcohol evaluation and zero tolerance for drug and alcohol use.Melissa A. Tessitore, 40, of Lehighton, pleaded to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.She was arrested on July 26, 2015, along Lauchnor Road in East Penn Township by state police at Lehighton.She was placed on probation for a year and ordered to get a drug and alcohol evaluation. The term runs concurrent with a sentence she is serving in Lehigh County.Crippern, Mejia and Tessitore each must also pay court costs of about $1,000 and a $50 per month supervision fee while on probation.
