Pocono Mountain Regional police reported the arrest of a Monroe County man following a domestic incident.

Police said on Sept. 23 about 1:55 p.m. they responded to A Country Place in Tobyhanna to assist county domestic relations officers in serving a warrant.On scene police were told the suspect, identified as Alexander Blaine, 50, of Tobyhanna, had fled out a rear bedroom window into nearby woods.K9 Chase was called to the scene to track Blaine. He was found a short time later a few doors down hiding under a canoe. He was taken into custody without incident and lodged in the county prison in Snydersville on the domestic warrant.
