A former employee at the Turkey Hill Minute Mart in Hometown faces charges after she allegedly stole from her employer.

Ashley M. Kern-Wagner, 22, of Tamaqua, allegedly took $997 from the convenience store between Sept. 18 and 23.She faces charges of theft and receiving stolen property.
