A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident in Lehigh County.
State police at Fogelsville said Albert William Tripp II, 34, of Schuylkill Haven, was stopped about 9:18 p.m. on Sept. 18 along Old Route 22 at Kecks Road, in Weisenberg Township, for speeding.He was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI, troopers said.
