State police at the Lehighton barracks were summoned at 4:15 p.m. Oct. 5 to investigate a criminal mischief incident in Carbon County.

The incident happened at 157 Beers Country Road, Palmerton. The victim is Melissa Lutz, 20, of Easton.She told police both front tires of her vehicle were slashed while it was parked in front of her home.
