A criminal mischief incident that happened between 5 p.m. Sept. 23 and 7 a.m. Sept. 24 at 23 Cardinal Lane in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, is under investigation by state police at the Lehighton bararcks.

The victim is Wayne Redline, 47, of Redline Sales and Service, 860 Interchange Road, Lehighton.Police said someone vandalized the front window on a Case Model CX 160 Excavator while it was parked at the above location.
