State police at the Lehighton barracks, acting on an anonymous tip, seized marijuana plants and arrested a Carbon County man at 4:40 p.m. Sept. 14.

The incident happened in the area of 140 Gravel Lane, Palmerton.Police said they arrested Michael Rickey Coulson, 48, of Palmerton, for drug sale and manufacture.Police said they were told someone was growing marijuana at the above location and after investigating discovered Coulson was growing 12 marijuana plants outside his residence and was also in possession of drug paraphernalia inside the residence.
