The Lehighton Area High School National Honor Society will be sponsoring a car wash from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundayat the Lehighton Advance Auto Parts Store.

The group will donate 50 percent of the proceeds from the car wash to the Gower family. The National Honor Society will also be collecting donations and gift cards that will be directly donated to the family. The National Honor Society also will be taking hoagie orders that will be given to the Mahoning Valley Fire Company. The hoagie sale proceeds are also being donated to the Gower family.
