Sarah Parenzan of Schuylkill Haven has been arrested on charges of retail theft (shoplifting) by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks.

The incident happened around 6:30 p.m. Oct. 11 at Redner's Warehouse Markets, North Manheim Township.Police said she was observed concealing three packages of Crystal Farms Nibblers and a package of pistachio nuts and failed to pay for them before leaving the store.
