State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a burglary that happened between noon and 1:45 p.m. Oct. 12 at a residence in Port Carbon.

The victim is Melissa Shappell, 2 Pike St.Police said someone entered her residence and removed a wooden toy chest, a chair massage, a gray Craftsman tool box with the name Missy written on it, and a red tool bag.
