State police at Fogelsville arrested Luis D. Pica-Reyes, 19, of Allentown, for disorderly conduct at 9:54 p.m. Oct. 12 at the Walmart store in Lower Macungie Township.

Police said he operated a motor scooter and was hooting and hollering as he interfered with traffic on the store property.
