Tamaqua police have cited Ashley Nicole Blum, 22, of Tamaqua, with indirect criminal contempt of a court order.

Blum allegedly continued to contact Joshua Kleckner, of Tamaqua, despite a protection from abuse (PFA) order issued Nov. 8 by Schuylkill County Judge James P. Goodman.The victim contacted police on Nov. 10 after Blum called him and send text messages.
