State police at Frackville are investigating a fraud and forgery incident involving a New Ringgold woman.

Police said Rita Ann Gernert, 53, of 38 Schuylkill Road, East Brunswick Township, told them the incidents happened between noon on Oct. 21 and noon on Nov. 5, when someone used her credit card for online purchases without her knowledge.
