A Tamaqua man has been cited following an alleged altercation with his son.

According to police, Eugene J. Burdick, 69, of 541 E. Union St., went to his son's place of employment on Nov. 10 and began banging on a window to get the son's attention. The older Burdick then entered the business and demanded money he said the son owed him. When he didn't get the money he allegedly pushed the younger man.The father was cited for harassment.
