A Schuylkill County man was charged following a domestic incident that occurred about 7:30 a.m. on Nov. 21.

State police at Frackville said Kristopher Wagner, and a female, whose name was not released by police, reside together along Water Street in New Philadelphia. At the time and date stated the two got involved in a verbal argument during which Wagner pushed the female to the floor.He was issued a citation for harassment, troopers said.
