State police at the Frackville barracks are investigating a burglary that happened between 11:30 p.m. Dec. 12 and 9 a.m. Dec. 13 at a New Philadelphia home.

The victim is Jason Williams, 41, of 196 Valley St.Police said someone used force and broke into a side entrance of the victim's residence and removed several construction tools and power tools before fleeing the scene undetected.
