April Gosnell and David DeLay exchange vows

The Cork Factory in Lancaster was the setting for the April 12, 2014, wedding of April Leona Gosnell, daughter of Glenn and Debra Gosnell of Clarksville, Ohio, and David William DeLay, son of David J. and Linda Rae DeLay of Tamaqua.

The ceremony was conducted by the Rev. Theresa Gilberti.Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by maid of honor Kaitlin Brandesky of Colorado Springs, Colorado.Bridesmaids included the bride's cousins, Tory Gosnell of King of Prussia and Jessica Welsh of Honey Brook, and Whitney Shindorf of Toledo, Ohio.Best man honors were performed by the bridegroom's father.Groomsmen were Jared Paul of Wilmington, Delaware; Mark Beltz of Tamaqua, brother of the bridegroom; and Joseph Nunemacher of Coaldale, brother-in-law of the bridegroom.The new Mrs. DeLay is a 2007 graduate of Lebanon High School and earned a bachelor of science degree in English from Ohio State University in 2011. She is employed in Washington, D.C.Mr. DeLay is a 2005 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School. He earned a bachelor of science degree in international relations from West Chester University in 2009 and a master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Public and International Affairs in 2011. He is employed in Washington, D.C.A reception was held at the Cork Factory before the newlyweds left for a honeymoon in Nassau, Bahamas.A tea party bridal shower was held in Warrington, hosted by the bride's aunt MaryAnn Gosnell, cousins Stephanie and Sarah Gosnell, and the bride's mother.
