State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating a disorderly conduct incident that happened at 9:15 a.m. Dec. 26 at the Redner's store in Hegins Township.

As a result of the call, police arrested Kelly Marie Bevans, 48, of Pottsville, on charges of disoderly conduct and public intoxication.Police said it is alleged she was in the parking lot of the store for about two hours, acting erratic to patrons and employees. Upon arrival, police said the woman was observed running through a farmer's field during a snowstorm, hallucinating due to being under the influence of a controlled substance.
