Gerald A. Risester, 58, of 8744 Sherwood Drive, Robin Hood Lakes, Polk Township, is facing a charge of criminal trespass as a result of an incident at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 12 at 9319 Sherwood Drive, Robin Hood Lakes.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said it is alleged he let himself into the Garr residence at the above address as Susan C. Garr, 53, was trying to leave the residence. Police said Risester was warned before that he is not welcome around the property, but he told police he entered the home to speak with the resident's husband.
