Rush Township police arrested two women on March 7, charging them with possession with intent to deliver heroin.

Rachael A. Andershonis, 21, of Frackville, allegedly had 40 bags of heroin on her person at the time of her arrest. Joline Shafer, 18, of Hometown, was also charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine.Both women are facing additional drug-related charges.
