Franklin Berger, 40, of 38 Dowell St., Slatington, has been charged by borough police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Police said the charges stem from an incident at 7:53 p.m. Jan. 15 at 620 Main St. in the borough.Police did not release any other information on the arrest or incident.
