A Lebanon County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following a one-vehicle crash in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Ciprian Martinez Rodriquez, 36, of Lebanon, was driving a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am southbound on Interstate 81 in Foster Township, about 10:51 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 19, when he lost control.The car went onto the west berm where it struck a road sign before coming to rest in a grass ditch.Rodriquez was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest.He was taken to the Schuylkill Medical Center-S. Jackson St., Pottsville, for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results.
