Two vehicles were damaged in a mishap at 6:17 a.m. Jan. 31 on Route 100 in Lehigh County.

Upper Macungie Township police said the crash occurred when a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze operated by William McQuilken, 48, of New Tripoli, failed to stop in time and struck the rear of a 2005 GMC Envoy that was driven by Donna Schmoyer, 49, of Schnecksville. Both vehicles were southbound on Route 100 at the time.Police said the Envoy was stopped at a traffic signal when the Cruze struck it. The latter vehicle was towed from the scene.No injuries were reported.
