Possessionof controlled substanceCriminal charges were filed against Jamilla Raynor, 28, of 2735 Eyre Street, Philadelphia, for possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and criminal use of correction facility. The incident occurred on Dec. 12 at 8:01 p.m. in the 800 block of Delaware Avenue.Traffic violationHercules Greene, 29, of 2110 Wintergreen Road, Palmerton, was cited for accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property. The violation occurred on Feb. 9 at 7:23 p.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was filed against John McLaughlin, 44, of 233 N First Street, Lehighton, was cited for blocking crosswalk or driveway. The violation occurred on Dec. 26, 2013, at 9:35 a.m. in the 200 block of Avenue A.Robert Weaver III, 53, of 650 E Bertsch Street, Lansford, was cited for traffic control signals. The violation occurred on Feb. 11 at 6 p.m. at Delaware Avenue and Third Street.A citation was filed against Robert miller, 39, of 356 Highpoint Road, Lehighton, for traffic control signals. The violation occurred on Feb. 14 at 6 p.m. at Delaware Avenue and Third Street.Carrying loaded weaponsTodd Shupp Sr, 52, of 574 Columbia Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for expired registration, expired license, required financial responsibility, loaded firearms in vehicles, and carrying loaded weapons. The violations occurred on Jan. 18 at 12:35 a.m. at Third Street and Franklin Avenue.Indecent assaultA juvenile referral was filed against a 17-year-old Coaldale male for 2 counts of indecent assault. The incident occurred on Feb. 13 at 8:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Disorderly conductKerri Schweibinz, 36, of 266 Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on Feb. 12 at 3 p.m. at Third Street and Franklin Avenue.SpeedingJohn Lucykanish, 50, of 236 N Second Street, Lehighton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on Feb. 10 at 4:25 a.m. on SR248 east.A citation was issued to Damien Erdie, 28, of 355 State Road, Lehighton, for speeding. The violation occurred on Feb. 11 at 5:45 a.m. on SR248 east.Vehicle violationLorettann Blanchard, 56, of 10 S Second Street, Palmerton, was cited for expired inspection.
