State police at Lehighton are investigating a fraud and theft incident involving a credit card.

Frederick Karl Jacoby, 39, of Kunkletown, reported someone obtained his Discover card account information and made $403 of fraudulent purchases online through Wal-Mart.Troopers said the credit card company has reimbursed Jacoby for the fraudulent purchases.
