A Slatington driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence, and a drug count following a vehicle stop in her hometown.

Borough police said they stopped Kristin Mikulski, 38, of 818 Main St., about 10:39 p.m. on Feb. 2 at Fourth and W. Franklin streets, for a motor vehicle code violation.She was found to be under the influence and was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center for a blood test. In addition to the DUI count she will also be charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
