A New Ringgold man has been cited by Tamaqua police for violating a protection from abuse order.

Brad Charles Comisac, 33, of 107 Lumber Lane, allegedly made six phone calls to a woman who has a signed PFA order banning him from any contact with her. The incidents took place on Feb. 22, with the first call made at 11:30 p.m.Comisac was charged with indirect criminal contempt of court.
