Marian Catholic High School welcomes grandparents and special friends of current students to campus for its fifth annual Grandparents Day on Oct. 21 to celebrate faith, family and the important role grandparents and other significant adults play in the lives of Marian students.
Registration and guest arrival will begin at 8:45 a.m., followed by a 9:15 a.m. Mass celebrated by the school’s principal, the Rev. Robert Finlan.
“Grandparents Day has become a wonderful tradition at Marian and a very special day for our entire school community,” Finlan said. “Our grandparents and special friends have helped shape the lives, values and faith of our students in countless ways. We look forward to welcoming them to Marian and giving our students the opportunity to share their school with some of the most important people in their lives.”
Following Mass, guests will have the opportunity to tour the school, visit with students, faculty and staff, and enjoy refreshments. The morning is designed to give grandparents and special friends a firsthand look at the Marian experience and the faith-filled community their students are part of each day.
