Aaron W. Dixon, 24, of Philadelphia, was cited for failure to drive at a safe speed after a two-vehicle crash at 5:17 a.m. Sept. 23 on Route 61 in West Brunswick Township, police said.

No one was injured in the incident, according to state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks.

Police said Dixon was driving a 2009 Lincoln MKZ north at a speed greater than the posted speed limit when it approached a 2008 Toyota RAV4 driven by Koryn M. Gratkowski, 27, of Summit Hill, sideswiping it.

After the initial impact, the Lincoln went out of control and hit a barrier. It was towed from the scene.

Luke A. Gratkowski, 26, also of Summit Hill, was a passenger in the RAV4.
