Dual installation of officers of the Palmerton American Legion Home and Auxiliary was held last night in the post home.

Franklin P. Weiderman was installed as commander of the post, while Beulah Fries was seated as the president of the auxiliary.

Weiderman succeeds Milan Brestovansky, and Mrs. Fries will be serving her second term as the president.

Other post officers who were installed are Joseph Pecavi and Steven Selisky, vice commanders; Charles Goodrich, finance officer; Barthold Zeiser, adjutant; attorneys Thomas McKinley and Murray Mackson, service officers; the Rev. George McKinley, chaplain; and Paul Getz, sergeant-at-arms.

Installing officers were Donald McPherson, 30th District commander, and Bessie Seifert, Eastern director.
