Nicholas A. Torres, 22, of Tobyhanna, was cited after a one-vehicle crash at 1:08 a.m. Sept. 14 on Wood Xing Road, Chestnuthill Township, state police at the Fern Ridge barracks said.

He was uninjured in the crash.

Police said Torres was driving a 2025 Tesla east when he failed to stop at a stop sign, went through an intersection and crashed into the woods on the east side of Route 715.

The Tesla had disabling damage after the crash, police said.
