State police at the Bethlehem barracks reported the following incidents:

• Police received a receiving stolen property report at 11:46 a.m. Sept. 18.

They said a registration plate for a 2025 Kia owned by a 67-year-old Palmerton woman was recovered on the American Parkway, Allentown.

• Police were summoned to investigate a rape at 6:17 a.m. Sept. 20 on Route 873 in North Whitehall Township.

They said the victim is an 18-year-old woman from Oreland.

• Police said a 19-year-old Slatington woman is the victim of a theft she reported at 7:57 p.m. Aug. 29 at the lobby of the police barracks.

The resident of Lehigh Street, Washington Township, told police someone used $900 in funds through her debit card.

• Charles Eaches, 65, of New Tripoli, and James Papay, 64, of Slatington, were cited for harassment by physical contact after police responded to a physical altercation at 5:03 p.m. Sept. 16 on Brown Street, Washington Township.

Police said they are both listed as victims of the incident in which one of the men, whom police did not identify, brandished a shotgun.
