Panther Valley continued its perfect start with another convincing Schuylkill League victory, sweeping Lourdes in three sets.

The Panthers rolled to wins of 25-13, 25-11 and 25-9 to improve to 7-0 overall and 4-0 in league play. JaeLynn Browdy led the way with 17 assists, 11 aces and seven kills, while Kathryn Breslin collected 11 kills and 11 assists. Sophie Paton added eight kills.

Lehighton survived a back-and-forth battle with Palmerton to earn a four-set Colonial League victory.

The Indians pulled out a tight 26-24 opening set, and followed with a 25-21 win. After the Blue Bombers answered with a 25-15 victory in the third, Lehighton closed out the match 25-14 in the fourth.

Breanna Demage handed out 29 assists and added seven digs, five kills and five aces for the Indians. Julianna Lucykanish collected 12 kills and 10 digs, while Allison Solt finished with 10 kills, five blocks and two aces.
