Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Moser of Lehighton are celebrating their 70th anniversary today.

The couple was married on Sept. 1, 1956 in Lehighton by the late Joseph Williams, justice of the peace.

Mrs. Moser is the former Jean Hunsicker, daughter of the late George and Treva Hunsicker of Weissport.

Mr. Moser is the son of the late Jacob and Mary E. Moser of Lehighton.

The couple are the parents of Robin Rimbey, wife of Richard Rimbey; Kevin Moser, husband of Renelle; and the late Franklin Jr. They are also the grandparents of Rick Rimbey Jr., husband of Sara; the great-grandparents of Conor and Owen.
