State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported the following crashes:
• Police responded to a two-vehicle crash at 7:23 a.m. July 20 on Route 33 in Hamilton Township. No one was injured in the incident.
Police said it involved a 2020 Ford F-450 driven by Tyler A. Bush, 30, of Sciota, and a vehicle operated by Caridad H. Rivera, 45, of Bushkill. They did not provide the details of the crash.
• Madison C. Fava, 21, of Stroudsburg, was transported by personnel from the St. Luke’s Emergency and Transport Services to the St. Luke’s Hospital, Monroe Campus, Bartonsville, after a two-vehicle crash at 7:50 a.m. July 28 on Route 33 in Hamilton Township.
Police said she was driving a 2025 Honda northbound when an unknown vehicle entered its lane and struck the Honda. The Honda then left the road and hit a guide rail, while the unknown vehicle also hit the guide rail but then fled the scene, police said.
• Dion Del Carmen Espinal, 23, of East Stroudsburg, was injured in a collision at 8:08 a.m. July 28 on Route 33 in Hamilton Township.
Police said she did not require an emergency medical services transport from the scene.
They said she was driving a 2022 Kia Rio that struck the back of a 2025 GMC Sierra driven by Zekri H. Paputchi, 61, of Sciota.
Police said the Rio was towed from the scene, while the Sierra had functional damage.
Del Carmen Espinal was cited for following too closely, according to police.
