State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 44-year-old Kunkletown woman is the victim of identity theft.

Police said that at 5:11 p.m. on July 23, the woman arrived at their barracks to report the incident.

She told police that her Social Security number was used to open several credit card accounts, resulting in $700 in losses.

• At 5:59 p.m. on July 23, police took a theft from vehicle report from a 27-year-old Weissport man.

He told police that a pair of Nike flip-flops valued at $40 that he had left in his girlfriend’s car were now missing.
