State police at the Fern Ridge station reported the following crashes:

• Police responded to a two-car crash on Cress Drive in the area of the intersection with Sunnybrook Drive, Chestnuthill Township, at 8:51 p.m. on June 18.

A 2002 Chevrolet Blazer operated by Zachary Runion, 27, of Saylorsburg, was traveling east behind a 2017 Ram 2500 operated by Paul Rivera, 62, of Effort, police said.

The Ram came to a stop and was struck from behind by the Chevrolet, which then pulled around the Ram and subsequently into a driveway in the 200 block of Sunnybrook Drive, according to police. Rivera then parked near where Runion had driven.

Police said that Runion did not provide Rivera with information after the crash as required and was cited, including for registration violations.

No injuries were reported by police.

• Four people were taken to a hospital after a three-vehicle crash with rollover and entrapment on Route 115 in Chestnuthill Township at 7:13 p.m. on July 16.

The crash occurred when a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado operated by John Moore, 56, of Effort, struck a 2023 Hyundai operated by Roberto Santiago Espada, 54, of Effort, from behind, causing the Hyundai to rollover, police said.

The Chevrolet then struck a 2021 Buick Encore, operated by Loraine Mertz, 57, of Saylorsburg, causing heavy rear-end damage, police said.

Santiago Espada and three passengers were transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Pocono Campus, East Stroudsburg, for further medical evaluation, police said, while Moore was evaluated at the scene but not transported.

All three vehicles were towed from the scene.
