State police at the Lehighton barracks reported the following crashes:

• An East Stroudsburg woman was uninjured when a tree fell on her vehicle at 2:40 p.m. July 18 on Dorshimer Road about one-quarter mile east of Route 534 in Polk Township.

A 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander was traveling west on Dorshimer Road when the tree fell. The driver, Candice Gholston, 50, was unable to stop or avoid the tree, which became lodged in the engine of the vehicle and disabled it, police said.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.

• An Allentown woman was uninjured in a one-vehicle crash at 1:26 a.m. July 22 on Greenhill Road between Mountain View Drive and Valley Road E in Polk Township.

A 2019 Acura TLX was traveling south on Greenhill Road when the driver, Maria Mormile, 55, of Allentown, lost control and the vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway, into a ditch and struck a tree, police said.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Mormile was issued a written warning after the crash, police said.
