The roof of a 2025 Kenworth Northwest truck traveling west in the 2300 block of Neffs Laurys Road, North Whitehall Township, struck a hanging wire at 12:21 p.m. July 17, police said.

There were no injuries in the incident, said state police at the Bethlehem barracks, who did not identify the driver.

Verizon was notified of the damaged wire, according to police.
