Choosing the right high school is one of the most important decisions a family can make. This August, Marian Catholic High School is making that decision a little easier by bringing the conversation into the community.

Marian Catholic High School announced “Marian Meets You,” a series of casual, community-based information sessions designed for prospective students and their families.

Rather than attending a formal open house or presentation, families are invited to stop by, enjoy a relaxed conversation with members of Marian’s Admissions Team, and learn more about what Marian has to offer.

Whether families are just beginning to explore high school options or have specific questions about academics, athletics, extracurricular activities, campus life, or tuition assistance, Marian Meets You provides an opportunity to receive personalized answers in a welcoming, pressure-free environment.

“There is no presentation and no sales pitch,” said Marian representatives. “We simply want to meet families where they are, answer their questions, and help them discover whether Marian is the right fit for their child.”

Families can stop in anytime during the scheduled sessions. No RSVP is required.

The following dates have been scheduled for these community information sessions, which are scheduled from 4 to 6 p.m.

• Aug. 5: Butler Township Recreation Center, 411 W. Butler Drive, Drums.

• Aug. 11: Pennsylvania Theatre of Performing Arts, 212 W. Broad St., Hazleton.

Marian Catholic High School offers a college-preparatory education rooted in faith, academic excellence, leadership, and service. Students have access to challenging academic programs, athletics, arts opportunities, leadership development, campus ministry, and a wide variety of clubs and extracurricular activities.

During the 2025–2026 school year, Marian awarded more than $800,000 in tuition assistance and scholarships, helping make a Marian education more affordable for families throughout the region.

Prospective families from all school districts are welcome to attend either location.
