State police at the Stroudsburg barracks reported the following incidents:

• A 20-year-old woman from Stroudsburg was cited for harassment after two people went to the state police barracks at 1:41 p.m. July 14 to report an incident.

A 65-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman told police the suspect left handwritten notes in their mailboxes on properties in St. Andrews Lane, Hamilton Township.

• A 20-year-old woman from Stroudsburg was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident at Cromwell Road and St. Andrews Lane, Hamilton Township.

Police said they were called to the area at 7:47 a.m. July 13 and determined the woman posted handwritten letters on a stop sign.
