Jerrica C. Balch, 35, of McKeesport, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance after a two-vehicle crash at 3:11 p.m. June 6 on Route 248 in Lower Towamensing Township, police said.

No one was injured, according to state police at the Lehighton barracks.

Police said Balch was driving a 2012 Toyota Corolla west when it struck the back of a 2005 J.I. Case tractor driven by Joshua F. Lorah, 28, of Walnutport.

Police said the Toyota was towed from the scene, while the tractor was able to be driven from it.
