Tamaqua police cited Andrea Keitt, 44, of Tamaqua, with harassment after she ripped a man’s shirt at 10:40 p.m. July 11 following a verbal argument about going to a pool party.

Police spoke to the victim who said Keitt grabbed him and ripped his shirt during the argument.

Police said both had been drinking.

Tamaqua police charged Anthony Martinez, 24, of Tamaqua, with violating a protection from abuse order on June 27.

According to police, the victim said Martinez continued to text her despite not being permitted to under the PFA.
