A 42-year-old Tamaqua woman is the victim of a theft by deception/identity theft incident that police are investigating.

State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said the incident was reported to have occurred on Owl Creek Road, Tamaqua, at 6:20 p.m. on June 19.
