Lehighton Area Lioness Lions celebrates accomplishments
Members of Lehighton Area Lioness Lions Club recently capped off the fiscal year with setting goals and planning for the year ahead, while also celebrating the installation of new officers and board members at the Lehighton Band Hall in Lehighton.
President Justine Strohl welcomed the members and thanked them all for supporting her in her role of president last year. She said she hopes the club will continue their efforts this year as she continues in her role as president.
“I can’t do this all alone,” she said. “I need everyone to continue working together to keep our club strong and successful.”
The club is well known to the community for supporting and planning many projects throughout the year. The club supports local nonprofits during Community Night, along with breast cancer awareness, juvenile diabetes and juvenile cancer along with other special events.
