Theresa Santai Gaffney, Schuylkill County register of wills and clerk of the Orphans Court, released the May activities report.

During the month, 75 estates were processed, 66 marriage licenses were issued and four adoptions were completed.

Approximately $1.69 million in inheritance tax was remitted to the commonwealth, while $25,578 in county fees was collected.
