• Change to current assignment — Maria Gonzalez, food service employee, PVIS to PVHS, effective May 4; Kathleen Meckes, custodian, PVMS to PVIS, effective May 14.

• Change to current assignment effective Aug. 25 — Raberta Hans, supervisor of Special Education (an Act 93 position/administration) to Life-Skills special education teacher at PVHS, replacing Albert Miller (change of assignment); Albert Miller, special education teacher, PVHS to PVMS, replacing Kelly Sutphin (change of assignment); Kelly Sutphin, special education teacher, PVMS, to special education/PAES teacher, PVHS, replacing Steve Caffrey (retirement); Nicole Composto, math teacher to social studies teacher, PVMS, replacing Susan Geiger (retirement); Kevin Meyer, paraprofessional, PVES to PVIS, new position; Bibi Parasram, monitor, PVIS to PVMS, replacing Joan Mattson (resigned); James Igoe, industrial arts teacher, PVMS to PVHS, replacing Andrew Witinski; Jennifer Mulder, third-grade teacher to reading specialist (new position), PVIS; Michele Antolick, fifth-grade teacher to reading specialist, PVIS, replacing Lisa Williams (retired); Lisa Bell, special education teacher, PVMS to PVIS, replacing Alexis Nemeth (resigned); Jennifer Elston, first-grade teacher to special education teacher, PVES, replacing Danielle Staples (retired); Joseph Anderton, eighth-grade science teacher, PVMS, to biology teacher, PVHS, replacing Dalton Marsh (resigned).

• Hiring of professional staff effective Aug. 25 — Colin Hawk, fifth-grade teacher, PVIS, Step 1, $65,867, replacing Todd Urland (retirement); Jace Eisler, elementary general music/instrumental band teacher, Step 1, $65,867, replacing John DeVivo (retirement); and Rick Lage, biology/chemistry teacher, PVHS, Step 3, $69,767, replacing Talitha Graham (retirement).

• Hiring of support staff effective Aug. 25 — Samantha Jensen, paraprofessional, PVES, $28,414, (new position); Shannon Kotch, health room nurse, PVMS, $33,834; replacing Linda Stephens (retirement).

• Intramural advisers — Tara Hyland, girls soccer, PVMS.

• Salary correction — Amy Frantz, health room technician, PVHS, from $32,849 to $33,834.

• Student custodial/maintenance summer workers ($13 per hour) — Isabella London, Jeremiah Cox, Brian Correia, Anthony Williams, Owen Gordon, Aiden Cannarella, Abigail Roberto, Emily Madhoo, Charles Burrell and Matthew Kresge.

• Marching band director, James DeVivo, $7,441.72.

• Supplemental contracts: Nonathletic — Ashley Thompson, Family and Consumer Science Department chair, previous approved salary was $2,800, and corrected salary is $2,419.57; and an additional 111 employee contracts.
